Well what a luscious experience your coaching has delivered to me, Lily, I feel focused, worthy and successful.Your support, acknowledgement and all those questions have changed the way I think and I’m enjoying life like never before.

You have journeyed me into myself for the answers, and in doing so I have learned to trust my intuition again and listen to myself as well as positive talk to my inner self. It is interesting that several of my friends have taken me aside to tell me on how my outgoing personality is, so positive, where before it was not always a “pick me up”, and now such a inspiration to be around.

As you know, I would recommend your services to everyone! But it is them that must be prepared to look at themselves and change. I feel confident that you will take them on that journey into themselves to find the answers to all those questions!

"I never thought there would be a time in my life that I couldn’t find the answers to the questions that I was asking. To me they weren’t questions that were impossible to answer but I found myself consumed by them and not knowing which way to turn.One day a friend suggested to me that I try using a life coach to help me find the answers but as you can imagine that seemed so very scary.

I eventually plucked up the courage to make that first phone call. Surely it couldn’t hurt – I will just talk about a few little things that will get me by. Before I knew it I was opening all the doors that I felt were well and truly shut. I couldn’t wait for the next phone calls.After each session I found that the ‘old’ me was coming back bigger and stronger and that I really did have the answers. I just didn’t know how to use them.

Since taking this amazing leap of faith I have realized that we can become so consumed by the words and actions that we use, without realizing their true meaning, can create a mask that can be very hard to take off.

I no longer wear my mask and look forward to each day and the wonderful adventures they bring – including the bumpy ones.I am very grateful to my wonderful coach who reintroduced me to myself and empowered me to not only ask but answer my own questions.

Nothing is scary anymore – it is just unfamiliar.

Me. My life. What a change! I have experienced a change for the better and I have ideas swirling through my head that I never knew could exist. Inspiration and a new level of unfamiliarity have returned to my thoughts. Life has a different outlook that’s exciting and new.

Lifelong patterns have been broken and released. They have been hidden away in a forbidden place and were too afraid to venture out. Life now has a whole different feel, a feeling of achievement. Challenges and rewards are within my reach. My soul is finding peace and joy that at times is exhilarating and breathtaking. Excitement overwhelms my senses at times and I smile to myself and think, yes, I feel wonderful and I can go out and achieve what I never thought was possible. Until Lily became my coach I wasn't really aware of how much negative language I used in my daily life. In fact, I always thought I was upbeat and positive about things. Wow, you should see me now! Everyone's asking me what's happened. They reckon I'm on fire now.
